If you have received a defective device and it is within the first year of ownership, you may qualify for a replacement device. We will evaluate the device with you via set troubleshooting steps to determine it qualifies. Should it qualify, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Once you contact us, please allow us 72 hours to evaluate the device. If we require you to send it back, we will assign to you an RMA (return material authorisation) number (UK only), and provide you instructions to return the camera to Cammy Head office.
