If your cameras are not capturing footage after setup it could be that your WiFi password was entered incorrectly during the camera setup process.

Retry the setup process

  • Please make sure you are being case sensitive when entering your WiFi password
  • Please ensure your mobile phone is connected to the same internet as your camera's
  • Please ensure you are connecting on to a 2.4ghz WiFi as opposed to a 5ghz WiFi if you have a dual-band router
